What classes should my child take?
Our studio uses a few deciding factors when placing dancers in classes. Expierence, skill level, and age. We choose to use a combination of factors versus one because we believe each dancer is unique and should be treated as such.
How long is each class?
Majority of our classes are 30 minutes long and meet once a week.
Is there a recital?
All dancers in our Recreational programs and well as our Dance Company competitive program will perform in our annual recital once a year.
How do I pay?
We have an online parent portal. This portal lets you see all important information for our studio, your dancer, and billing. You can see your open balance at all times and pay online as well. We also accept cash, check and card at our front desk during office hours.
What will my child learn?
In all of our dance programs we have the same focus. We want our dancers to have fun and experience the joy of dancing while still gaining a true strong foundation of dance technique in their style. Depending on the style of dance and the age level the dancers will have a wide variety of what they learn. We as a studio encourage our students to be aware of and recognize what they have acomplished during each class.
Where do I go if I have questions?
Our studio is full of resources! We love questions and are happy to help guide you though anything you are unfamiliar with. Your child’s teacher is a great resource. Our staff is fully invested in building your child’s dance skills and helping them grow as young people. We all believe working together is the best method to having a successful dance experience. Miranda and Ethan are always available as studio owners to come to with any and all problems, concern, celebrations, or info. Miss Peggy is in the office for any of your paper work questions as well!
When can my child start?
We accept students year round! Our season runs September – June. Students Who want to participate in recital should be in classes by January 30th. We offer summer camps and classes as well.
What can I do to help my child with dance?
Be involved! Stay active in what is going on with the studio, as well as with your dancer. Ask your dancer what they are working on, achieving, needing help with. Don’t hesitate to talk to your dancers teachers, and stay acive on our blog, facebook, and parent portal to keep up to date with anything new going on.
